At Poppy & Pine, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer easy returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
